Everything FitFocus offers, program builder, white-label client app (iOS + Android + web), messaging, nutrition coaching, health data sync, scheduling, payments, leads, concierge onboarding, and priority support. There are no add-on tiers. The price is the same whether you coach 10 clients or 100. At the rates most FitFocus coaches charge, the platform pays for itself with one or two clients.
We onboard a limited number of coaches at a time. The next 10 we bring on lock in $399/month (billed annually) for their first 12 months. After that, the subscription renews at the regular $599/month rate. Spots are allocated in order, book a demo and, if it's a fit, we'll confirm availability in that call.
At the end of your first 12-month term, your subscription renews automatically at the regular $599/month rate (billed annually). We'll email you 60 days before renewal with a confirmation so there are no surprises, and you can choose to continue or cancel before the renewal date.
No. FitFocus is annual-billed only. The subscription is priced to reflect dedicated onboarding, concierge migration, and ongoing support, a month-to-month plan wouldn't make sense on either side. Pay up front, settle in, and coach.
You commit to the first 12 months when you sign up. There's no rolling contract beyond that, at renewal, you can choose to continue or cancel. We don't lock you in past the annual term. TODO: legal to confirm, match final terms of service before publish.
No. One price, unlimited clients. FitFocus is priced per coach (you), not per client (them), so scaling up doesn't cost more.
Your logo, brand colours, and business name appear throughout the app your clients use on iOS, Android, and mobile web. Push notifications, emails, and the login screen all wear your brand. Clients never see the FitFocus name, they see yours.
When you cancel, your workspace is closed at the end of your billing term. We don't offer a self-serve data export. Account data is retained in line with our Privacy Policy and permanently deleted on request. If you need to access specific records before deletion, contact our team and we'll work out what's possible.
Yes. If you run a gym or multi-coach practice, book a call and we'll put together a team plan that makes sense for your coach count and client volume. The priority rate is per-coach, a team of three would each take one of the 10 spots.
Billing is handled through Stripe in USD. You'll pay the full annual amount up front at signup, with an invoice delivered to your email. Renewal is automatic unless you cancel beforehand.
Platform billing is USD only for v1. Additional currency support is on the roadmap. Coach-to-client payments (what you charge your own clients) work in any currency Stripe supports via Stripe Connect.
