This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the behaviour we expect from everyone who uses the FitFocus coaching platform (the "Service"). It supplements the Terms of Service and applies equally to coaches, gym owners, authorised workspace members, and any end clients who interact with the client app.
1. Prohibited content
You must not upload, share, or transmit content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes another person's rights.
- Contains malware, exploits, or material designed to disrupt or compromise the Service.
- Promotes unlawful physical training, coercive body-image messaging, or dangerous dieting practices directed at vulnerable people.
- Harasses, intimidates, or discriminates against any person on grounds prohibited by applicable law.
- Uses the Service to send unsolicited commercial communications in breach of anti-spam laws.
2. Prohibited activities
You must not:
- Attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security of the Service or any other customer's workspace.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source of the Service other than as permitted by law.
- Share authentication credentials between people, or allow a workspace seat to be used by someone other than the individual it was provisioned for.
- Use the Service to build a competing product.
- Use automated systems (scrapers, bots, load generators) to access the Service except where expressly documented in our API reference.
3. Client data responsibility
Coaches are responsible for obtaining the necessary authorisations from their end clients before uploading personal or health data about them into the Service, and for responding to any privacy requests those end clients make.
4. Integrations
Where you connect third-party integrations (for example, wearables, calendars, or payment processors), you are responsible for configuring them in accordance with the vendor's terms and for the data you authorise the integration to share.
5. Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is misusing the Service in breach of this AUP, contact abuse@fitfocus.io. Security vulnerabilities should be reported to security@fitfocus.io instead, see the Security page for our responsible disclosure process.
6. Enforcement
FitFocus may investigate suspected breaches and, where warranted, suspend or terminate access to the Service. Where the breach is a breach of law, we will cooperate with law enforcement as required.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of this page records the date of the current version.
