Gym owners and managers can add or remove coaches from the workspace in a few clicks, no separate accounts to wrangle. Coach access, client assignments, and permissions all live in the same workspace. When a coach leaves, revoking access is one action, and the member records stay with the gym.
Both models are supported. You can run coach-siloed workspaces (each coach sees their own clients, owner sees all) or open workspaces (coaches cover for each other). Set it at the workspace level and override per-team if needed.
