Gym owners and managers add or remove coaches from the workspace in a few clicks, no separate accounts to wrangle. Coach access, client assignments, and permissions all live in the same workspace. When a coach leaves, revoking access is one action, and the member records stay with the gym where they belong, not in the departing coach's account.
Both models are supported. You can run coach-siloed workspaces (each coach sees their own clients, owner sees all) or open workspaces (coaches cover for each other). Set it at the workspace level and override per-team if needed.
FitFocus bills the gym workspace on a per-seat or plan basis, not per individual coach, so you have one invoice, one card on file, and one view of what the coaching software costs the business. Member and client payments flow via Stripe Connect into the gym's account.
