Personal trainer software
Also called: PT software, personal training software
Personal trainer software is the system a PT uses to run the business side of training, scheduling and session booking, programming, client records, payments, and a client app, in one place instead of a stack of disconnected tools. It saves the admin time that otherwise eats evenings and weekends.
The bottleneck in most personal training businesses isn't client demand, it's the time tax of reconciling a booking app, a programming spreadsheet, a payment processor, and a messaging app that don't talk to each other. Personal trainer software consolidates that into one client record so scheduling, billing, and notes live together.
Trainers who scale past the one-person ceiling tend to centralise before they hire, so the operational spine is already in place when a second coach joins.
