Workout program builder
Also called: training program builder, program design software
A workout program builder is the tool a coach uses to design, reuse, and personalise training programs, building blocks, periodisation, and progressions once, then cloning and tweaking them per client. A good builder turns hours of spreadsheet work into minutes and feeds client logs back to the coach.
The leverage in a program builder is reuse: a coach writes a methodology once as templates, then clones a block to a client and adjusts only the 10% that's individual. That's how coaches serve 60 or 80 clients with the same programming quality they delivered at 20.
Built-in periodisation, deloads, and test weeks handle the bookkeeping, and when a client logs a session, the loads, reps, and RPE flow back so the coach programs against real data, not memory.
