Coaching Software for Businesses Ready to Scale 2026: How Each One Prices

Growing a coaching business changes what software costs. Some platforms price by client count, so each step up in roster is a step up in price. Others charge for features as add-ons.

This page sets out how each platform says it prices, from its own site. We sell FitFocus, so read our section with that in mind.

How each platform's price changes as you grow

Platform How it prices
FitFocus One plan, unlimited clients
Trainerize Priced by client seats
TrueCoach Priced by active clients, up to 50, then special pricing
My PT Hub Three plans, US$25 to US$215 a month
Everfit Priced by client count, up to 500+ clients

The platforms

FitFocus

  • One plan with every feature and unlimited clients, a few hundred US dollars a month, billed annually on a 12-month term. You buy through a demo and get the exact price on the call.
  • Nutrition with barcode and meal-photo logging, recurring check-ins, client bookings, push and email from your own verified domain, and client payments straight into your own Stripe account. Wearables connect through Sahha. The platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure in Australia, and the services that process data overseas are listed on the subprocessors page.

Trainerize

  • Plans are priced by client seats: its FAQ says Pro starts at US$25 a month for up to 5 clients and scales to US$135 a month for up to 50, and Studio Plus offers 500, 1,000 and 1,000+ seats.
  • Advanced Nutrition Coaching is an add-on from US$20 a month, and is included in Studio Plus. Studio Plus adds one-to-one and group video calls, which need the Video Coaching add-on. The page names Garmin, Withings and Fitbit integrations. Its own pricing shows different figures in different places, so confirm the price with Trainerize.

TrueCoach

  • Starter is US$26.34 a month for up to 5 active clients, Standard US$57.99 for up to 20 and Pro US$136.99 for up to 50, shown with monthly billing. Above 50 clients it refers you to special pricing.
  • Automated payments through Stripe are listed on all plans at no extra cost. A MyFitnessPal nutrition and habit tracker is on all plans, and Standard and Pro add advanced habit and nutrition tracking. Wearables (Apple, Garmin, WHOOP and others) are listed on Standard and Pro.

My PT Hub

  • Starter is US$25 a month, Premium US$59 and Ultimate US$215 on flexible monthly billing, with annual options listed too. The page doesn't list a client cap in the part I read.
  • Nutrition plans are on all plans, capped at 50 on Starter and unlimited on Premium and Ultimate. One-off and recurring payments through Stripe are on all plans.

Everfit

  • Pro runs from US$19 a month for 5 clients to US$290 for 300 clients, Studio from US$105 for 50 clients to US$430 for 500, and Enterprise is by contact for 500+ clients, all on monthly billing.
  • Pro includes a food journal, macro tracking and basic meal plans; a Meal Plans and Recipe Books add-on starts at US$39 a month. Payments and Packages is an add-on from US$9 a month. Pro lists community forums.

How to choose

  • If you expect your roster to grow, compare each platform's price at the roster you expect, not the one you have today.
  • If you want one price however many clients you have, FitFocus is one plan with unlimited clients, a few hundred US dollars a month, billed annually.
  • If you are small and want the lowest bill, the platforms above list plans that start far lower. FitFocus may be more than you need.
