Branded Coaching Apps 2026: What Each Platform Lists
What FitFocus, Trainerize, Everfit, TrueCoach, My PT Hub and PT Distinction each list for a branded client app, from their own sites. Checked 14 October 2026.

A white-label coaching app carries your brand rather than the platform's. The words mean different things on different pages: some describe your logo and colours inside the platform's own app, others a listing under your name in the App Store and Google Play. Platforms also differ on which plan lists it, and whether it costs extra.
This page sets out what each platform says on its own pricing page, so you can ask the right question before you pay. We sell FitFocus, so read our section with that in mind.

The platforms
FitFocus
- Your app is listed in the App Store and Google Play under your business's name, on the one plan.
- Nutrition with barcode and meal-photo logging, recurring check-ins, client bookings, push and email from your own verified domain, and client payments straight into your own Stripe account. Wearables connect through Sahha. The platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure in Australia, and the services that process data overseas are listed on the subprocessors page.
Trainerize
- A Pro-level custom branded app is a one-time US$169 setup fee, and isn't available on the Free or Grow plans. Studio Plus lists Studio-level and Enterprise-level custom branded apps among its included add-ons.
- Advanced Nutrition Coaching is an add-on from US$20 a month, and is included in Studio Plus. Studio Plus adds one-to-one and group video calls, which need the Video Coaching add-on. The page names Garmin, Withings and Fitbit integrations. Its own pricing shows different figures in different places, so confirm the price with Trainerize.
Everfit
- Custom branding (your logo and colours in the client app) is listed on Pro and Studio, and a White Label Solution on Enterprise.
- Pro includes a food journal, macro tracking and basic meal plans; a Meal Plans and Recipe Books add-on starts at US$39 a month. Payments and Packages is an add-on from US$9 a month. Pro lists community forums.
TrueCoach
- A Custom-Branded Fitness App is listed on Standard and Pro, and not on Starter.
- Automated payments through Stripe are listed on all plans at no extra cost. A MyFitnessPal nutrition and habit tracker is on all plans, and Standard and Pro add advanced habit and nutrition tracking. Wearables (Apple, Garmin, WHOOP and others) are listed on Standard and Pro.
My PT Hub
- A custom branded app is a one-time US$95 add-on on Starter and Premium, and is included on Ultimate.
- Nutrition plans are on all plans, capped at 50 on Starter and unlimited on Premium and Ultimate. One-off and recurring payments through Stripe are on all plans.
PT Distinction
- Pro and Master list your own custom branded Android and iOS apps. Basic includes Android and iOS apps with no custom branding.
- Nutrition coaching, an AI meal planner, selling packages and taking payments, and group training are listed on all plans.
How to choose
- Ask each platform what your clients will see in the App Store and Google Play, and what they will find when they search for it. Pages use words like custom branding and white label for different things.
- Ask whether the app is on your plan or an add-on, and whether there is a setup fee. Add up the cost of the app with the plan you would actually need.
- Ask whose name is on the store listing, the emails and the push notifications, and who holds the developer account for the listing.
- FitFocus lists your app in the stores under your business's name on its one plan, with no setup fee line to add.
