Coaching Software for Multi-Coach Studios 2026: What Each One Lists

When a studio has several coaches, two questions come before features: who can see which clients, and what you pay as you add coaches or sites.

This page sets out what each platform says on its own site. We sell FitFocus, so read our section with that in mind. One point is worth knowing before you add a coach: in FitFocus, coaches in a workspace share clients. Isolation is between workspaces, not between coaches.

What each platform lists for teams

Platform Team features and structure it lists
FitFocus Admin and Coach roles; shared inbox and templates; coaches share clients
Trainerize Studio Plus is priced per location
My PT Hub Group bookings and community on Premium and Ultimate
PT Distinction Unlimited trainers, free
Everfit Team members on Pro; group chat on Studio

The platforms

FitFocus

  • Admin and Coach roles, a shared inbox and shared templates. Coaches in a workspace share clients, and client records stay with the business when a coach leaves.
  • Nutrition with barcode and meal-photo logging, recurring check-ins, client bookings, push and email from your own verified domain, and client payments straight into your own Stripe account. Wearables connect through Sahha. The platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure in Australia, and the services that process data overseas are listed on the subprocessors page.

Trainerize

  • The pricing page doesn't list team or trainer-specific features for Studio Plus. Its card shows US$248 a month for each location added, its FAQ says from US$275 a month for up to 500 members, and it says annual billing saves 10%.
  • Advanced Nutrition Coaching is an add-on from US$20 a month, and is included in Studio Plus. Studio Plus adds one-to-one and group video calls, which need the Video Coaching add-on. The page names Garmin, Withings and Fitbit integrations. Its own pricing shows different figures in different places, so confirm the price with Trainerize.

My PT Hub

  • Premium and Ultimate list community features, group bookings, classes and live streams. The page doesn't describe team roles.
  • Nutrition plans are on all plans, capped at 50 on Starter and unlimited on Premium and Ultimate. One-off and recurring payments through Stripe are on all plans.

PT Distinction

  • Its FAQ says you can add as many trainers as you wish for free. The page doesn't describe team roles or permissions.
  • Nutrition coaching, an AI meal planner, selling packages and taking payments, and group training are listed on all plans.

Everfit

  • Pro lists Manage Team Members. Studio adds group chat and broadcast messages.
  • Pro includes a food journal, macro tracking and basic meal plans; a Meal Plans and Recipe Books add-on starts at US$39 a month. Payments and Packages is an add-on from US$9 a month. Pro lists community forums.

How to choose

  • If each coach must see only their own clients, ask the platform how it handles that. In FitFocus, coaches in a workspace share clients, which is how a team covers for each other.
  • If you want one inbox, shared templates and client records that stay with the business when a coach leaves, that is how FitFocus is built.
  • If you run several locations, compare how each platform prices them: Trainerize lists Studio Plus per location, and FitFocus is one plan.
