Concierge migration
Also called: done-for-you migration, white-glove migration
Concierge migration is a done-for-you switch between coaching platforms, where the new vendor's team imports the coach's clients, programs, exercises, and history rather than leaving the coach to export and rebuild it alone. It removes the biggest risk and time cost of changing software.
Switching platforms is the hardest part of choosing a new one: most coaches stay on software they've outgrown because a DIY export-and-rebuild is daunting. Concierge migration shifts that work to the vendor, who maps custom exercises one-to-one, rebuilds top programs, and runs a dry run before clients see anything.
Done well, clients experience a smooth handover to the new branded app with their history intact, and the coach is running on the new platform within days, not weekends.
